THE FIRST CENTER SPECIALIZED IN ART, CULTURE AND LEISURE IN THE GREATER PARIS AREA

Specialized in art, culture, leisure and gifts, Art de Vivre Éragny was the first such shopping center to be opened near Paris, and is also France’s leading shopping center of this kind in terms of its offering. Open seven days a week, and renovated in 2013, it ranks among the leading shopping centers in the Val d’Oise département. Its catchment area covers over 1.7 million people, active shoppers with families, amounting to almost 4 million visitors in 2019.

Based on the theme of the Architect-Designed Home, the customer experience at Art de Vivre Éragny includes pleasant surprises with large rest areas, cheerful kids’ play areas and a multimedia library. A soft color palette and overhead lighting create a calm, welcoming mood inside a shopping center on a human scale. Outside, the canopies of the façades signal the new architecture.

A new visual identity, interior and exterior make-over, fluidified access with a new roundabout and pedestrian forecourt, and a redesigned parking lot – Art de Vivre Éragny has been completely revamped to offer greater comfort and convenience to its visitors.

Success Story

The "Toys for Prox" operation, organized by the charity Raid Aventure staffed by volunteer police officers working in partnership with Art de Vivre’s PicWicToys, involves the collection of toys that are then distributed by the police’s Santa Claus to orphanages and children’s hospitals during the Christmas holiday season. During the operation, visitors can feast their eyes on a splendid Ford Mustang kitted out in police colors which was displayed in the center!
