At the heart of our malls, music becomes the guiding thread of an enriched and memorable customer experience.

Music, with its universal power, remains one of the most effective ways to captivate, unite, and leave a lasting impression on visitors. In Klépierre shopping centres, concerts are both a point of differentiation and a loyalty driver, transforming every visit into a locally rooted cultural experience.

  • In Italy, Campania perfectly embodies this ambition: the performance by pianist Michel Camilo turned a summer evening into a complete sensory journey, blending artistic virtuosity with an immersive stage design. This initiative reflects our constant ambition to make our centres places where culture and human connection are just as important as commerce.

  • In France, Belle Épine regularly hosts events that strengthen the centre’s appeal. The recent exclusive showcase by singer Lynda, followed by a signing session, created a sense of closeness with the audience and fostered warm exchanges. Meanwhile, the annual CHELLA Festival immerses the centre in a vibrant seventies atmosphere, combining DJ sets, creative workshops, attractions, fashion, and artistic performances.

  • In Grandemilia, Italy, the partnership with the Moodna Park Festival integrated our centre into the regional music ecosystem and reinforced our role as a local community player. By being on-site with stands, interactive activations, and in-store offers, we create meaningful connections between brands, artists, and our communities.

  • In Spain, at Príncipe Pío, the presentation of Sebastián Yatra’s new music project was part of a wider dynamic: the event marked the launch of the centre’s Giving Back Project, an initiative under our CSR strategy Act4Good®, dedicated to ocean protection. This reflects our commitment to mobilising visitors around powerful themes while reinforcing our centres’ role as spaces for dialogue, sharing, and engagement.

Music also unites through lighter formats that foster moments of conviviality and togetherness. For example, at Teras Park (Turkey), the Youth Festival is a festive, accessible event that brings together a wide audience with uplifting rhythms, encourages intergenerational exchange, and strengthens the sense of belonging to the local area.

The performance by China Moses during the Luglio in Jazz festival at Campania (Italy) was a reminder of how direct interaction with the audience can amplify an event’s energy and turn our shopping centres into open stages for creativity and diversity, where art is part of everyday life, enriching the visitor experience and creating genuine moments to remember
