Diversity and Inclusion Week

For this second edition of Klépierre’s Diversity and Inclusion Week, two topics chosen by our employees were in the spotlight: unconscious bias and intercultural management.

For a whole week, 50 ambassadors in the 12 countries where the Group operates have set up training sessions and information campaigns.

More than 20 local initiatives gave everyone the opportunity to take part in conferences, workshops and events (photobooth, diversity tree, etc.). More than 740 employees have attended this awareness campaign.

At Klépierre, the Group’s D&I policy focuses on three pillars: parity, parenthood and inclusive culture.
