As part of our ongoing commitment to offering all employees a stimulating experience, Klépierre is launching its Graduate Program — an initiative that reflects our dedication to developing talent while strengthening synergies across our business lines and countries.

This program is designed to build key skills in a multicultural environment, unlock potential, and create bridges between our core areas of expertise. This immersive two-year program is open to the Group’s young graduates — whether they are interns, apprentices, or already on permanent contracts. It consists of four six-month rotations in four different European countries, across a variety of functions.

Participants will dive into our strategic areas — leasing, asset management, center operations, and financial analysis — allowing them to grow their skills and discover the many facets of our Group. This program fully embodies our employer promise: to offer everyone the opportunity to grow, learn, and take on new challenges on a European scale.
