The survey, conducted by Capital in partnership with the Statista Institute, was administered online to 20,000 consumers to measure the quality of service of more than 1,600 retailers based on three criteria:

1. The attention given to the customers (quality of the welcome, speed of contact, etc.)

2. The level of expertise of the retailers (competence of the staff, quality of the information provided, etc.)

3. Their willingness to recommend the brand to someone around them

Its quality of customer service is what allows Rives d’Arcins to obtain a score of 7.61/10 and to win first place in this ranking.
