Retailer Marketing day: 40 retailers gathered at STATION F to CO-create the future of retail

The second edition of the "Retailer Marketing Day", organised on October 18, 2018 at Station F by Klépierre teams, brought together more than 40 marketing and innovation directors from our retailers to co-create the future of retail.

Three start-ups were invited to this day to enrich the discussions and lead workshops:

- OneStock, an omnichannel solution that allows retailers to merge their stocks to develop different services such as ship from store or Click & Collect;

- Place 2 Swap, an omnichannel platform that gives retailers the opportunity to integrate the second-hand market into their business model;

- Andjaro, allows companies to send staff from one establishment to support the occasional needs of another and thus better compensate for absences or absorb peaks in activity.

Each work group focused on an issue related to the business model of one of these start-up in order to find ways to integrate these solutions on a shopping centre scale:

- Make the shopping center an online order pick-up point to facilitate the shopping experience and create physical traffic (One Stock)

- Make the second-hand market a complementary offer to the one currently on the market to best meet consumers’ needs while increasing shop traffic (Place 2 Swap)

- Enable employees working in our shopping centers to offer their skills to another store on an occasional and ponctual basis (Andjaro)
