Our shopping center Espaço Guimaraes in Portugal opened a 4,000 sq.m. hospital in January. Trofa Saude Group, the largest Portuguese health group, has set up a hospital on two floors that brings together more than 30 medical activities, open 7/7 taking advantage of the attractiveness of the shopping center.

This opening of medical services, which is the precursor to many others, particularly in France, reflects the dynamics of shopping malls, which are constantly evolving. It is no longer just a place to shop, it is a place to live, interact, share and provide services.

The shopping center contributes to the economic dynamics of its territory and responds to new lifestyles and service needs: our centers now include training centers, theatre schools, co-working spaces and sports centers. Medical centers have their place in it, avoiding medical deserts.
