Since December 2021, Centre Jaude’s team has been developing an initiative to make permanent spaces available for local actors and their concepts. Since this day, “Maison Jaude” corner has welcomed several key actors such as the town’s football club, the Red Cross, Emmaüs, a short film festival. The principle is to offer visibility to diverse players while proposing an unexpected shopping experience to visitors. With its new Act 4 Good® strategy, Klépierre will try to develop such initiative in other malls among its portfolio.
