Since it opened just over a year ago, St. Lazare Paris has established itself as a new benchmark for shopping centers.
The exceptional performances of the retail brands and the very high level of customer satisfaction illustrate its impressive success. With average revenues per square meter of €14,500, most stores are in the top level of their respective networks.
The customer poll conducted by Klépierre last November confirms the appeal to passengers and users of the station. 55% of visitors questioned had made at least one purchase in the St. Lazare Paris shopping mall. And the site has become a destination in its own right, since almost 20% of them had come solely to visit the mall!
St. Lazare Paris will continue to surprise, with the opening in September 2013 of Lazare, a friendly space overseen by Éric Frechon, the Michelin-starred chef from the Hôtel Le Bristol, who aims to democratize high-end cuisine by making it accessible to as many people as possible.
