ICSC Award: and the winner is…

St. Lazare Paris!

The Paris shopping mall picked up an award in the “Projects smaller than 20,000 sq. m” category in Stockholm. Selected particularly for its successful integration into a historic setting, it was also recognized for the quality of its retail range and the fact that its customer journey is particularly well suited to nomadic consumers.

Laurent Morel, who had previously taken part in round table discussions at the ICSC European Conference, accepted the award on behalf of Klépierre.

The ICSC European Shopping Center Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the world. The International Council of Shopping Centers is a professional body with 60,000 members in the United States, Canada and in more than 90 countries.

This award is the second distinction Klépierre has won for St.Lazare Paris – in December 2012, the Group won the SIIC “Ville et Avenir” award, presented to a project with a particular impact on quality of urban life.
