Entrance door of one of the biggest European shopping district, 1.2 million people (500.000 travelers) transit through Saint Lazare train station every day. It’s the 2nd convergence pole in term of traffic, every kind of transports included: trains, buses, subways and RER.
Saint Lazare’s objective is to make of every traveler a visitor, and of each passerby a client.
And the center can afford it: 12.228 sq.m. GLA, on 3 floors of the train station: trains, street and subways, for a commercial offer of 80 shops and famous brands. The concepts are well known and a new generation of dynamic brands, 10 food courts, kiosks and services.
Flooded by light thanks to its new glass roof, the mall is conceived to escort the consumer; more and more mobile and concerned about saving his time; the mall is organized through vertical connexions formed by 20 elevators and escalators, offering an access and a global vision of the train station from every floors.
