The Rossini Center is located in the Municipality of Pesaro, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, and opened on March 23, 2000.
This center covers an area of approximately 71,000 sq.m., and its single-story layout houses 30 stores, 4 mid-size units and a Hyper hypermarket. 1,400 parking spaces, half covered and half uncovered, make for easy access. The mall’s circular form and subsequently effective flow of consumer traffic is a detail that adds to the appeal of this center, which remains the meeting place of choice within its catchment area. The center’s strategic position is reinforced by its location. Near the Pesaro highway tollboth and the exit for the Interguartieri road that leads to the coast, it is easily accessible from the city.
Its proximity to the Adriatic Coast means that the area is a popular tourist destination, in addition to being a center of major economic growth. Its draw is further enhanced by the nearby entertainment facilities: a large multiplex cinema and a major international sporting events venue. In 2008, the Rossini shopping center was the object of a major internal and external refurbishment.
